How do I get help with one of your apps?

Email support@davytheodorestudio.com with the app name, your device and OS version, and a short description of the issue. Screenshots help.

How do I request a refund?

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are refunded by those stores under their own policies. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com or your Google Play order history to request one.

How do I delete my account or data?

If an app has an account, you can delete it from the app's settings, or email support@davytheodorestudio.com from the address on the account and we will delete your data within 30 days.

How quickly will you respond?

We aim to reply within one to two business days.
